Yuan’s Yum Cha, which refers to the Chinese tradition of drinking tea in the morning or afternoon while eating dim sum, will kick off on Friday in celebration of Chinese New Year.

It will include an exclusive new menu with over 40 dim sum options such as steamed chicken dumplings with shrimp, mushroom and tobika, crispy duck and pumpkin puff and steamed scallop dumplings with XO Sauce.
