During his visit, organised by the French embassy in the United Arab Emirates, Mr Boniface will discuss the risks of a new Gulf war and its strategic consequences. He will also share his views on the consequences of September 11 with his audience. His first lecture will be on ‘The World Order after September 11' (in English) at the Zayed Centre for Coordination and Follow-Up at 7pm tomorrow.
The second lecture will be held at the Cultural Foundation in Abu Dhabi at 8pm on Sunday. Mr Boniface will visit UAE University in Al Ain and in Dubai where he will have his third lecture at the Alliance Francaise at 9pm on February 24. The second and third lectures will be on ‘The risks of a new Gulf war and its strategic consequences'.
