In the same case, the Filipino's Indian accomplice, a 46-year-old manager, pleaded not guilty to the charges of molestation.

Both of them are standing trial before Judge Fahmi Mounir of the Dubai Criminal Court of First Instance.

The Filipino is accused of forcing a Filipina visitor into prostitution.

In her testimony, the victim said that she arrived in the UAE on March 10 this year. She was sent a visit visa by the Filipino who told her that she would work as a receptionist. From the Dubai International Airport, the Filipino driver took her to a villa in the Hor Al Anz area where he told her that she would work as prostitute for him.

Although she resisted and pleaded, the Filipino brought an Indian who had sex with her against her will.

Acting on a tip-off, the police officers kept the villa under surveillance and in April they raided the premises and arrested the two. A large quantity of condoms and sex-related stuff and accounts were seized during the raid.
