Dubai Courts restructures Experts Affairs Committee
The Dubai Courts has restructured the Experts Affairs Committee under the new name ‘Experts and Arbitrators Committee’.
The Committee to be headed by Judge Omer Yunus Saeed, with Judge Tariq Yaqub Al-Khyat as his deputy, will look into the applications for enlistment of technical experts and arbitrators. The Committee will also receive complaints filed by parties to cases on the works of the experts and arbitrators and pass decisions on them.
Dubai judiciary attaches great importance to arbitration as an alternative method for administering justice.
