Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Judiciary, Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan has directed the judiciary to expedite legal procedures for setting Hamad and Saeed free.

Al Ain City witnessed on Tuesday a session of reconciliation to settle a feud that erupted between members of Al Balkhaili and Al Qahtan tribes, which led to the death of the son of Dhaib Shawan Al Qhtani.

The two parties reached an agreement under which Saif Rashid Al Khalia and his two sons offered an amount of money to heirs of the deceased.

The key of brand new car was also handed out to the heirs as a gift and symbol of acceptance of the end of the dispute by the two tribes amid an air of relief and pleasure.

Sultan Saeed Al Badi, Undersecretary of Abu Dhabi Judiciary, said the settlement of the feud between the two tribes was a testimony of the spirit of intimacy, friendliness and concord enjoyed by the UAE people.
