A heavily drunk woman created a ruckus in mid-air forcing the cabin crew to tie her up after she became 'violent and abusive'. The woman was flying from Moscow, Russia, to Antalya, Turkey.
It is not known as to why the woman was only partially dressed but the cabin crew said that her behaviour was scaring other passengers. They added that the woman was out of control after drinking too much in the duty free bar before boarding the flight.
Footage shot by another passenger shows the woman's legs tied together and restrained her hands behind her back, sitting on the floor of the plane. She is also seen trying to hit her head on the wall of the plane as a flight attendant tries to position a jacket to prevent her from hurting herself. The woman can be heard shouting: "I am begging you. My arms are tied. I cannot get hold of you, please. You see what is going on. Look at me. Look at my blood. Those are beasts, those are liars, they are trying to trick you." It is reported that the woman claimed she could see invisible people who she said were trying to kill her, according Metro.uk.
However, the woman was released on arrival at the Antalya Airport, reported Russian media while Turkish police reportedly said they had no interest in charging the woman.
