Light to moderate rain was reported over parts of UAE on Thursday. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) warned of more showers over different parts of the country over the next five days. 
Rain took over Abu Dhabi international airport on Thursday morning. Light rain was also reported over Al Jazirah and Rashid Road during the morning rush hours. 

 
The rain was reported in parts of Dibba, Fujairah today.
The NCM has also predicted chances of towering clouds formations, which may lead to scattered rainfall across the country, and this is expected to go on until Friday.
The centre issued a weather warning as strong 45 kmph winds will blow dust and sand over exposed areas, reducing visibility to less than 2,000 metres.
The weather department also predicted a slight rise in temperature across the country. The minimum temperatures are expected to around 7-11 °C in the mountain region, 12-16 °C in internal areas and 13-17 °C along coastal and island areas.
In a statement, the NCM also issued a weather warning about up to 7 feet waves hitting the UAE, along with strong winds.  It has advised Beachgoers in Oman Sea to be cautious of fresh wind, accompanied with convective cloud formation.
