Fog and mist caused poor visibility in some parts of the UAE in the early hours of Wednesday morning, according to the National Centre for Meteorology (NCM).

The NCM said that visibility could be less than 1,000 metres at times over some coastal and internal areas of the country.
Sharing today's weather report, the NCM said: "The weather is expected to be fair in general with temperatures expected to reach highs of 39°C internally and 38°C on the coastal areas."
The maximum humidity would be 65 to 85 per cent across coastal, 60 to 80 per cent in interior regions and between 50 to 70 per cent in the mountains.
Winds reaching speeds up to 38kmph are also likely in some areas. Humidity is likely to increase at night and on Thursday morning.
The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.
