Unstable weather conditions and rain in particular have been forecast over the weekend, until Sunday by the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS).

The forecast for today is hot in general during daytime, fair by night while being partly cloudy and slightly hazy at times, the NCMS said.


Clouds will form over some eastern areas, becoming convective at times during afternoon, may associate with rainfall, it said.

Light to moderate winds in general, freshening at times during afternoon, and may cause blowing dust over some exposed areas.

The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and early morning over some coastal and internal areas.

Sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Oman sea.

The 4-day forecast which predicted the weather for Thursday until Sunday sees cloudy conditions across the country. Winds have also been reported to be fresh and strong especially over the seas.

On Thursday, heavy rainfall was reported over several parts of the UAE, including Al Saa, Khor Fakkan, Masafi and Albutnh. Multiple advisories were shared by NCMS regarding rain in these following regions.
