The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has predicted partly cloudy to hazy weather for today in UAE with a probability of convective clouds formation accompanied with rainfall, especially over eastern and central areas.
The NCM also warned sea-goers of rough seas in the Arabian Gulf as a result of fresh northwesterly winds that reach 40 kmph.
In a statement issued today, the NCM said that wave heights are expected up to six feet offshore until Wednesday 8pm. Residents are advised to be cautious while swimming in the various beaches in the region.
The relative humidity will increase by evening extending on Thursday morning over western areas.
The maximum humidity will vary from 65 to 90 per cent across coastal, 70 to 90 per cent in interior regions and between 50 to 65 per cent in the mountains.
Temperatures will range from 32°C to 36°C in the interior regions, 30°C to 34°C along the coast and 22°C to 28°C in the mountains.
The sea will be moderate becoming rough at times during evening in the Arabian Gulf, and moderate in the Oman Sea.
