Etihad Airways, on Friday, assured community that 'together' the Covid-19 situation will be managed.
"These are unprecedented times. We are going to go absolutely out of our way to make sure that we can reassure you in how we look after your travel needs," Tony Douglas, Group CEO of Etihad, said in a video message.
Douglas said measures are in place to deal with the evolving situation.
"We have made quite a few changes to our ticketing policy because we understand the frustration and the concerns about travel plans at the moment. So, our ticketing classes have even changed whereby we have put a lot more flexibility for people to be able to change their travel dates."
The CEO thanked passengers for 'incredible patience' shown during these 'difficult times'.
"We want to reassure not just the travelling public but the many big business accounts and trade partners that we have got - we are all pulling on this one together. But afterwards, when we all want to get back to our normal lives, we want to travel, Etihad will still be there to make sure that it's the best possible way that you can enjoy that experience."
Douglas urged passengers to check official website www.etihad.com for latest travel restrictions.
