Lieutenant Ahmed Mohammed Abdulla, Director of the Non-Emergency Call Centre, urged people to call 00971-4-6096299 for queries about the services provided by the Dubai Police.
“Our aim is to communicate with UAE residents and other nationals who want to benefit from the Dubai Police services and also help the expatriates learn about the documents needed for official purposes and other related queries,” Lt Abdulla said.
The Non-Emergency Call Centre will enhance cooperation with the public. The public could also use the toll-free 901 if they want to know about the Dubai Police services or have any other queries. He said the hotline 999 is for only emergency calls of people who need instant police help and other emergencies like accidents. People should refrain from calling this number if they do not have an emergency.
