Ajman gears up for fourth edition of dates festival

The festival will kick-off on August 2 and attract 15,000 visitors

Ajman Liwa festival is in its 4th year and it aspires to transform the palm tree into a symbol of past authenticity, a source of blessing, as well as anticipated prosperity for the future.
Addressing press conference Soud Al Jasmi, director of events at Ajman tourist department said the festival is expected to attract 15,000 visitors. 
It will bring the community and visitors together as it an event for the whole family. The festival will kick-off on August 2 and will feature kids corner, traditional market, culinary delicacies, dates and citrus fruits contest and dessert contest.
