Yuvraj Singh has given plenty of unforgettable moments to cricket fans all over the world. But his one achievement that fans will never forget is the six sixes he famously in a Stuart Broad over.
It was nine years ago today that the flamboyant left-hander put the English fast bowler to the sword.
Of course, the Indian fans will never forget that match.
It was in that group stage match of the T20 World Championship against England at Kingsmead Durban.
The MS Dhoni-led team were sitting pretty at 171 for three after 18 overs.
That was after Virender Sehwag (68) and Gautam Gambhir (58) had hit fine half centuries to give the team a solid start.
Yuvraj's mayhem started in the 18th over of the match when India were looking to reach the 200-mark.
Not many people know that just before the start of that Broad over, Andrew Flintoff tried to unsettle Yuvraj (who was batting on 14) with some nasty words. An agitated Yuvraj hit back and even charged towards the England all-rounder but the umpire held him back.
Yuvraj later admitted that incident fired him up.
"Oppositions do have words with each other; it's part of the game. Outside we're good friends, but in the game, it's competitive. I just wanted to give it back with the bat," Yuvraj said after the match.
