Dubai Properties, a leading Dubai-based real estate master developer of renowned destinations across the emirate, will showcase an impressive realty portfolio at Cityscape Global 2017, exhibiting alongside other Dubai Holding companies including Dubai Design District (d3).
The premier property exhibition, Cityscape Global will run from September 11 to 13 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Over the years, Cityscape Global has gained tremendous traction, becoming the world's largest real estate investment and development event for emerging markets.
Visitors to the Dubai Properties stand, S1D10 at Sheikh Saeed Hall 1, will be treated to the master developer's innovative vision for the city's future development. Dubai Properties will highlight an exciting line-up of expanded lifestyle destinations within the Business Bay masterplan, including the new Marasi water homes along with intricate concept models of Cultural Village expansion.
In addition, the master developer known for shaping renowned destinations across the emirate, will reveal two new residential projects - launching the first of the four Marasi towers located at the Dubai Water Canal and a new phase of Villanova, with Amaranta townhouses, as part of its next development within Dubailand.
Speaking ahead of Cityscape Global 2017, Abdulla bin Lahej, Group CEO, Dubai Properties Group, said: "As a founding partner, Dubai Properties is no stranger to Cityscape and we look forward to being part of the event's 16th edition, where we shall showcase our vision for the future of this incredible city. We are proud to be part of Dubai's transformation into a global hub, and the coming years will see some of our most ambitious and prestigious projects come to life, marking a new chapter in the expansion and growth of the emirate."
The launches of Marasi Riverside, a waterfront tower and the new phase of Villanova are testimony to the breadth and depth of Dubai Properties' portfolio and the varied market segments it serves. Adding an iconic high-rise to the current setting of Business Bay will further aid the transformation of this commercial and residential district into Dubai's first urban lifestyle destination along the Dubai Water Canal. Three significant projects that are already contributing to the new look Business Bay include Bay Avenue, Bay Square and Marasi Business Bay.
On the other stretch of the canal, further towards the historic creek, Dubai Properties' mixed-use developments, Dubai Wharf and Manazel Al Khor, are shaping an attractive shopping and entertainment hub. The extension of the destination will be revealed at Cityscape. In addition, ready-to-move-in residential units in the developed stretch will also be on sale over the three days of the show. Once complete, Dubai Wharf will complement the city's destination offering and further strengthen Dubai's reputation as a global business and tourism hub.
