In reply, Jotun paints openers Bilal Murtuza and Azhar Nasir raced off to a rollicking start with 71 runs in the first five overs with both batsmen flaying the ECMIT bowlers.
Bilal Murtuza top scored for his team making a blistering 74 runs in 34 balls hitting four sixes and nine boundaries before retiring and along with Azhar who made 65 runs laid the foundation for Jotun’s win.
Nithin then ensured the win for Jotun with a knock of 26 runs to see his team win by eight wickets to take the DCC Emerging League championship title.
