Daesh has again attacked Kobani and northern parts of Syria. The strategy (or the lack of strategy) of the US and its allies is not working. There’s not enough coordination on the ground to push back the terrorists. Airstrikes alone will not work and more troops on the ground or special forces must be sent in to take on the terrorists.

There is clearly no long-term plan to rout the terrorist group, which is only making them stronger to wage more attacks on civilians who are at their mercy. Inaction in Syria and Iraq will prove costly for the whole world.
