His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; and His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, visited the mourning majlis of martyr Ahmed Khamis Al Hammadi in Al Mirfa city in Abu Dhabi on Thursday to extend their condolences to his family.
The martyr died while performing his national duty in the Arab coalition's 'Operation Restoring Hope' in Yemen.
Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid and Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the martyr's soul in Paradise and to grant his family and his fellow armed forces personnel patience and solace.
They were accompanied by Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai; Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs; Lt-General Hamad Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces; Lt-General Misbah bin Rashid AI Fattan, Director of the Office of the Vice-President; and Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, Director-General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality in Dubai.
Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid and Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed also offered condolences to the family of martyr Mohammed Khalfan Abdullah Al Siyabi.
They visited the mourning gathering at Al Shamkha, Abu Dhabi, to express their heartfelt sympathy and solace to the family.
VP visits families of martyrs from Fujairah
Shaikh Mohammed, accompanied by Shaikh Hamdan; Lt-General Misbah Al Fattan; and Khalifa Saeed Suleiman made separate visits to the mourning tents of martyr Khamis Rashid Abdullah Abdouli in Alkhalibah area and martyr Yusuf Salem Ali Mohammed Al Kaabi in Madhab area, both in the Emirate of Fujairah
Shaikh Mohammed expressed his heartfelt sympathy and solace to the families of the deceased, and prayed to Almighty Allah to rest their souls in Paradise and to grant their families patience and solace.
Shaikh Saif offers condolences
Lt-General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, offered his condolences to the family of martyr Khamis Rashid Al Abdouli. During his visit to the mourning tent in Al Khalibiya in Fujairah, Lt-Gen Shaikh Saif expressed his condolences and sympathies to the family.
Martyr Al Ketbi laid to rest
The citizens of Al Ain city performed a funeral prayer on Thursday for Emirati martyr Ali Khamis Al Ketbi. The funeral prayer was performed at the Armed Forces' Martyrs Mosque in Al Ain. They laid the martyr to rest at the Al Mutawa cemetery, praying to Allah Almighty to rest his soul in eternal peace and to bestow patience and solace on his family.- Wam
