PAELLA WORKSHOP. Mmm, me gusta mucho! Say ‘hola’ to visiting paella master and renowned Valencian chef, Vicente Rioja, as he collaborates with BOCA’s Chef Matthijs Stinnissen to create paella recipes that pay tribute to local ingredients and flavours from the UAE. The DIFC venue will host a series of paella master classes and a special dinner with Vicente who is head chef and owner of Restaurant Rioja de Benisanó, a historic restaurant established in 1924. Everything will be held on April 4, 5 and 7.
FRENCH FANCY. World-famous celebrity chef Daniel Boulud is hosting an exclusive virtual master class on Thursday, April 8 at 7pm Dubai time. Offering fresh and delicious seasonal produce delivered right to your doorstep, the personalised session will teach you the nuances of simple French cooking. Chef Daniel Boulud will tune-in live from New York and take you on a step-by-step journey on how to prepare dishes such as Trout Grenobloise, a French bistro classic. The virtual meeting is priced at Dh395 per person, which includes the box of delivered ingredients. The 60-minute experience concludes with an interactive 10-minutes Q&A session with the chef.
