Teacher development symposium
AJMAN - The English Language department of the College of university requirements and academic counseling at Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST) in collaboration with the British Council organised the ELT Approach Symposium on ‘Performance Management and Professional Teacher Development’.
The Symposium consisted of three main sessions and 18 coordinated sessions. Dr Peter Davidson from Zayed University spoke about the recent developments in teacher evaluation. Dr Lauren Stephenson from Zayed University discussed ‘Teacher Leadership’ as Jancis McGrady from the British Council in Dubai spoke about the new British Council online teacher training course.
