With the online system, students are no longer required to physically visit Adec offices for submissions and follow up. Correspondence, document submission and final results will be automated.
“Response time and scholarship management life cycle duration will be reduced by a minimum of 40 per cent. Ninety per cent of paper work will (also) be digitised, thereby supporting Abu Dhabi government’s green initiatives,” said Salem Al Sayari, Executive Director of Support Services at the Adec.
Every student will have his/her own self-service page which he/she can access from anywhere in the world. Self-service is enriched with many features to allow students to submit, withdraw, manage, follow-up application requests and update information.
