Dubai Police busted four gangs involved in stealing 46 luxury vehicles worth Dhs11 million from across the country.
In a statement released on Saturday night, Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Chief Commander of Dubai Police, hailed the efforts and professionalism of the CID officers to help nab the four gangs, who were using latest technological devices to steal cars and smuggle them outside the country.
He also hailed the criminal forensic experts, who managed to analyse the data collected to identify the gangs.
A video of the operation was also released by Dubai Police.

Colonel Adel Al Jukar, Director of the Criminal Investigation Department, said the data analysis center of the Dubai police had detected car thefts in different emirates following a specific modus operandi.
