According to prosecution records, the 30-year-old Bangladeshi porter grabbed the hand of the tourist, an American, and put his hand around her neck after he moved her baggage in the room.

The defendant, who is currently on provisional detention, carried her baggage and took it to a room and there he allegedly touched her when they were alone. She told the prosecutor that the accused grabbed her hand and put his hand around her neck but he moved away when she yelled at him.
He admitted in the police and prosecution investigation that he touched the woman.
