New Zealand have brought in quick bowler Ian Butler for Daryl Tuffey, who has returned home with a broken hand. Opening batsman Jesse Ryder is also injured and New Zealand have recalled Gareth Hopkins in his place.

England, already through to the semi-finals, dropped fast bowler Graham Onions in favour of left-armer Ryan Sidebottom.
