MCN win Media Championship

DUBAI — MCN scored a thrilling one-run win over KT Greens to win the Khaleej Times Media Cricket Championship ’10 played at the Insportz during the weekend. The tournament was held to commemorate the 32nd anniversary of Khaleej Times.

Batting first, MCN made a competitive 65 runs off the allotted eight overs. Raigon top scored with 16 runs while Vishnu made a significant 12.

In reply, KT Greens fought till the end but fell short of one run. Umer topscored with 17, while Moin chipped in with 11.

Earlier in the semi-finals, KT Greens had a tough outing before defeating Zenith Media, while MCN sailed comfortably after an easy win over Media Edge.
