The Oman health ministry on Tuesday reported 846 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 1,559 recoveries.
Nine new deaths were also reported.
With this, a total of 77,904 cases have been reported in the sultanate, along with 58,587 recoveries, while the death tally is now at 402.
Among the new cases, 771 were Omanis while 75 were non-Omanis.
Over 1,900 new Covid-19 tests were carried out in the country, taking the total to 302,397.
