The Bahrain health ministry has reported 585 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 777 recoveries.
Of the new cases, 104 were among expatriate workers, 471 were contacts of active cases, and 10 were travel related. Three new deaths were reported. The death toll stands at 239.
As many as 10,131 Covid-19 tests were carried out on September 26, the ministry said, taking the total number of recoveries to 62,252.
c 6,223 cases are stable out of a total of 6,284 active cases.
