For prospective investors, it is worth considering if a future home would be rain-resilient enough to sustain any weather changes

For Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam, truth matters the most. He does not care much about criticism or backlash when truth prevails.
"When you speak the truth, people understand that you are not trying to manipulate things," Nigam told City Times in a Zoom conversation on Thursday.
"There is only one truth, there can't be two truths. Anyone who tries to dissuade people from the truth will only strengthen your claims," added the veteran singer who is gearing up for his much-anticipated concert in Dubai on August 21.
Talking about the insider-outsider debate that's currently trending in Bollywood, Nigam, who is currently stuck in Dubai due the lockdown in India, feels that whatever is happening today will only have positive results in the future.
"I understand that some people have had ugly experiences. They are entitled to express their feelings. There's no thumb rule that an outsider cannot succeed or for that matter, every star kid will be successful. I too have had bad experiences (in the industry) and I have spoken about them. So people who narrate their stories have to be respected and given their due. This will only make people stop being mean to each other, they won't think that it's their birthright to throw their weight around. So whatever (debate) is happening today (in Bollywood) will surely have positive consequences and we should only expect the best out of the situation."
Explaining his philosophy of happiness, the singer said; "All I can say is I have received a lot of love from people. Over time, they have come to know me better and are aware that I have humble intentions. Honestly, I don't believe in man-made issues whether it's about a country, colour, race or religion. I believe in being humble, even if somebody is hurting, acknowledge it and move on. No one is your enemy, no one is harming you, everyone is doing something good to you, teaching you, strengthening you, showing you how to face adversities. This approach keeps me happy and peaceful."
Titled Sonu Nigam - The Light, Nigam's concert will take place on August 21 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. For the first time, the singer will be performing with an ensemble of 18 musicians and performers from the UAE. "This is the first time, I will be performing with a global team," said Nigam.
