The letter begins with the team thanking users for their support as well as recognising the growth spurt that the app has experienced. "Dear ToTok Community, We want to express our sincerest gratitude for your continued support," the letter began.
The team also took the time to respond to queries regarding the security of the app. Earlier, ToTok was removed for the Google Play Store following allegations of spying on its users.

In its FAQ, the team put to rest some of the questions regarding the app's security. They touched upon issues such as message tracking, and snooping on personal data such as photos, call history and audio recordings made in the app.
Earlier, co-founders Giac and Long issued a statement that said they were disappointed with the app being removed from Play Store and App store, urging users to ignore Google's notification.
Apart from responding to issues, the letter also teased the release of new services within the app such as a news portal and a game centre.
