SingaporeMedicine to hold road show in UAE
DUBAI - SingaporeMedicine, a multi-agency government initiative formed to develop and promote Singapore's healthcare services, will embark on its first-ever road show across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Bahrain during May 20 to 27, 2004.
Dr Tat Hon Chan, Programme Director of Healthcare Services, SingaporeMedicine, said, "The purpose of this trip is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise between our specialists and the medical community in the UAE, Bahrain and the neighbouring countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council. The trip will also help increase awareness of Singapore as a destination for healthcare services."
During the road show, medical professionals across the UAE and Bahrain will have an opportunity to meet and exchange knowledge with medical specialists and representatives from Singapore's key healthcare organisations.
