Greenline Interiors (GLI), part of the Greenline Group, has won the Dh140 million contracts for the Wafi Hotel project in Dubai and Shaza Hotel in Riyadh. The projects will see GLI bringing its superior fit-out services to Riyadh and Dubai, where the company has also recently been awarded the Bay View Hotel and Jewel of the Creek projects.

Our proven expertise in craftsmanship and high quality fit-out services has earned us a substantial and growing portfolio of hotel projects, and we are delighted to be adding to this."
The Wafi Hotel project will be completed in two phases, with phase one consisting of 475 hotel rooms and 97 apartments, while phase two has 26 suites, 2 ambassador suites and 1 royal suite (all without soft furnishing), as well as partial public areas. The scope of work at Shaza Hotel in Riyadh includes the fit-out works for 205 rooms and partial public areas.
GLI has established a solid track record in the regional and global hospitality sector, where it has worked with a number of prestigious hotel operators including Sofitel, Grosvenor House II, Fairmont, Hilton, Arjaan Rotana and Paramount Towers, and delivered iconic projects including the seven-star Burj Al Arab and the Hotel de Vendôme in Paris.
The company has also has won the commissions for two major new projects in Dubai - Millennium Bay View Hotel in Business Bay and Jewel of the Creek in Deira. The two new contracts have a combined value of Dh130 million and will see GLI bringing its superior custom interior designs, quality products and professional turnkey services to the hospitality and residential sectors as the city prepares itself for Expo 2020.
The scope of work for the five-star Millennium Bay View Hotel encompasses the joinery and fit out works for 218 rooms. Millennium Bay View Hotel will bring a new, luxury hospitality offering to Business Bay - one of the most vibrant areas of Dubai. At Jewel of the Creek, which includes four residential buildings located between Al Maktoum Bridge and Floating Bridge in Deira, GLI will be responsible for the comprehensive joinery and fit-out works for 333 furnished apartments.
