Abu Dhabi Farmers' Service Centre has announced that it launched the Farmers e-Portal and 11 of its services provided electronically to farm owners through the Abu Dhabi Government Digital Platform, at Gitex 2017.
Nasser Mohammed Al Junaibi, acting CEO of the Farmers' Service Centre, said: "Through the technical and commercial services provision, we look forward to achieving a high level of quality and convenience to our dealers and farm owners. Our goal is customer satisfaction."
He said the Farmers' Services Centre has achieved remarkable growth in the number and quality of services it provides to farmers in Abu Dhabi.
He added, "We are keen to develop and improve the level of services and provide them with efficiency and speed that meet the expectations of farmers and we are measuring the commitment to the level of services provided to customers, and standards of accuracy and quality and commitment to the time of service, considering that the availability of the order of these services electronically helps to build a sustainable electronic base assisting in proper planning to develop the agriculture sector and ensure its sustainability and on the other hand to take advantage of all means of communication and modern technology in the delighting the dealers and for their convenience."
Al Junaibi explained that from today, farm owners can apply for any of the services of the centre available through the website from their offices or homes without the need to visit the customer service office or guidance centres, pointing out that this is the first phase and will be followed by continuous development and modernisation of the number and quality of services offered to meet the needs of farmers and the agricultural sector in general in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
