Dubai Properties announced sale of new units in the next phase of Remraam located in Dubailand at prices starting from Dh448,000. The off-plan units, comprising one and two- bedroom apartments, will be ready for handover by end of 2019.
The launch presents an attractive investment opportunity in the family-friendly development. Featuring contemporary design, each of the new clusters will include a gym, pool, kids' play area and a multipurpose hall. The apartments will boast extra storage space and the kitchens are to be equipped with state-of-the-art appliances.
Marwan Al Kindi, executive director of sales and sales operations at Dubai Properties, said: "We are excited to introduce yet another high-return-on-investment prospect within our popular Remraam development to the market. The new units provide first-time home buyers and investors with the unique opportunity to own quality property at affordable price points in a family-focused community that is conveniently located and includes a wide range of facilities. We continue to see a strong demand for affordable housing units in Dubai. The increased supply of units in the mid-market segment is proving beneficial to landlords and tenants alike, offering most renters a chance to upgrade their status to property owners."
Remraam comprises a total of 34 clusters including 68 buildings and over 4,000 apartments, featuring all the necessary amenities - including a retail centre, a community centre, and a nursery - within walking distance. The pedestrian-centric community is set amidst serene, purpose-built green open spaces. Conveniently located between Jebel Ali Free Zone and Al Maktoum International Airport, Remraam is only 20 minutes away from Mall of the Emirates, 15 minutes from the Expo 2020 site, and just 30 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
