This launch marks the first mechanism of the AGFA Polaris XTV and AGFA Galileo VXT CTP machines in the UAE.

The Polaris XTV provides reliable performance to the newspapers operation due to its high-speed and long-life violet laser (405nm) which supports the standard newspaper plate format and achieves imaging speeds of over 200 plates per hour.

It is supported by Arkitex, a powerful workflow automation system created just for newspapers which adapts the needs of any newspaper operation from a single-site to multinational operations. Arkitex does this by integrating equipment and production tasks from advertising and editorial to press, allowing for a reliable 24-hour process.

The Galileo VXT, controlled by the ApogeeX commercial workflow, is Computer-To-Plate science and its precision laser technology captures the most detailed images while its powerful engine increases the throughput.

Violet-laser solutions provide reliable, cost-effective plate production in all types of commercial printing environments.
