Commercial company law project discussed
DUBAI — Shaikha Lubna Al Qasimi, Minister of Economy and Planning, held a meeting here yesterday, attended by representatives from the ministry, Abu Dhabi Economic Department, Dubai Economic Affairs Council, and Mubadala Development Company and discussed the general framework and strategy of the commercial company law project due to come to light soon.
Other meetings will take place to produce the law in its final form, following consultations with the concerned economic bodies before approving the project.
