Residents in UAE looking to celebrate the new year abroad should check out Emirates' last-minute holiday deals.
Check the list of various destinations and avail of these special offers, all of which don't exceed Dh1,100.
For those looking to travel to India for the holidays, from December 23 up until June 30, 2019, book your tickets to Kochi (Dh845),  Thiruvananthapuram (Dh855), Delhi (Dh925), Mumbai (Dh935), Chennai (Dh955), Bengaluru (Dh955) and Hyderabad (Dh1,035). The tickets need to be booked by December 25.
Ahmedabad (Dh935) and Karachi (Dh1,095) are also on offer.
Discounted tickets to GCC cities include Kuwait (Dh785), Dammam (Dh1,055), Muscat (Dh975), Bahrain (Dh965), as well as the Levantine Beirut (Dh1,055).

Indian carrier Jet Airways has also announced a nine-day festive offer for guests planning their travel beginning 2019, offering discounts of up to 30 per cent.

The nine-day fare sale will be available across all booking channels of the airline beginning December 24, 2018 till January 1, 2019 and will be valid for single and return international travel commencing from January 7, 2019 onwards. Guests from Dubai can choose to travel to India and beyond to Bangkok, Colombo, Dhaka, Kathmandu, Hong Kong and Singapore.
