Aldar hands over keys to Al Raha Gardens owners
ABU DHABI — Aldar Properties yesterday began handing over the keys to the owners of Al Raha Gardens first phase that will take approximately 24 months to fully complete.
To mark this landmark in the development Aldar held a celebration ceremony with some of the new residents of Al Raha Gardens.
Al Raha Gardens, is 665,000 square metres of landscaped area, incorporating villas, town houses, schools, community retail, dining outlets all set in landscaped areas making it a complete integrated residential community in Abu Dhabi.
To meet the growing demand for rental properties Aldar has established Aldar Property Solutions — APS, to act as an autonomous entity that will be the exclusive leasing and management agent for all owners wishing to rent their properties on Al Raha Gardens. APS will establish new standards of real estate management and maintenance.
