Dubai: Dubai's Emirates airline today launched a unique musical competition for fans and music lovers in the GCC region, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon and Jordan.
Taking inspiration from Arab Idol, the popular reality TV show that discovers musical talent in everyday people, Emirates’ exciting contest offers fans a chance to showcase their talent and share their musical creations with their friends. The winner walks away with two return Economy Class tickets to any of the 140 global cities served by Emirates.
Called the “Emirates Selfie Song Challenge”, contestants simply have to film themselves singing, humming or using a musical instrument to play the 15-second Emirates “Hello Tomorrow” tune, and then upload their creation to Instagram or Facebook using a dedicated competition hashtag “#EKSelfieSong”.
All entries will be mashed into one exciting version of the Emirates “Hello Tomorrow” tune and shared across Emirates’ Facebook and YouTube channels.
