It was supposed to be a romantic dinner, but ended up in divorce.
A Jordanian man divorced his wife for sharing picture of his food on Snapchat. The husband uttered the words 'talaq'(divorce) while the couple sat in a luxury restaurant in Amman.
According to the Al Arabiya, the man got angry after his wife stopped him from eating food so that she could take pictures and share them with friends.
The crowd at the restaurant had forced the couple to wait for over half an hour for the food, making the husband desperately hungry.
Whenever the man reached for the food, his wife would tell him that she had not finished filming. The situation heated up as he prevented her from taking the photos, the media report said.
What followed was the man divorcing his wife and leaving the restaurant without paying the bill.
