A Dubai expat who became a millionaire overnight is yet to find out about his good fortune. The Syrian national became an instant millionaire on Tuesday when his winning ticket number was drawn in the latest Dubai Duty Free millennium millionaire and finest surprise draw.
At the time of filing this report, he couldn't be reached either by officials or Khaleej Times.
Held at Concourse A in Terminal 3 of the Dubai International Airport, Feras Al Nemah, who bought his ticket online, became $1 million richer in Series 272 with ticket number 4,710.
Following the millennium millionaire draw, a motorbike winner was also announced.
Hassan Ibrahim, a 33 year-old Egyptian from Dubai, won the BMW R Nine T Scrambler in series 335 with ticket number 0356.
A regular online ticket buyer, Ibrahim expressed delight over winning finally. "It was an unexpected call and I was really surprised," he said.
