Shaikh Maktoum appoints official
DUBAI — His Highness Shaikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, yesterday issued Decree No. 51 for the year 2005, appointing Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Transport and Roads Authority and Executive Chairman of the Authority, as member of Dubai Executive Council, from December, 5, 2005. The decree shall be published in the official gazette.
