Shaikh Humaid pardons 54 prisoners
AJMAN - His Highness Shaikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, has granted amnesty to 54 prisoners. Shaikh Humaid ordered the release of 54 prisoners who have spent half of their sentence and have shown good conduct. This is to mark the 37th anniversary of the accession of the President, His Highness Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, as Ruler of Abu Dhabi. The amnesty is also in thanksgiving over the successful surgery operation Shaikh Zayed underwent recently.
