Is it smart prosthetic work or surgery indeed? You decide

A 19-year-old Iranian lady, Sahar Tabar has become the new sensation on Instagram after she claims to have fifty surgery to look like her idol Angelina Jolie.
From Tehran, Tabar is obsessed with the American actress and has gone to severe lengths to look like her - 50 surgeries to be precise. While her pictures have gone viral, many have likened her look to a zombie or corpse.   
She has garnered a fan following of 500k followers on Instagram with only 30 posts.  The teenager claims to have been on a diet for months to maintain her 40 kg weight.  
It is debatable if her transformation is smart prosthetic work or has she indeed gone under the knife for her obsession.
