DUBAI — An Indian cleaner went on trial in the Court of First Instance on Monday on allegation of peeping through a hole into the women’s restroom at Dubai International Airport.
According to prosecution, the cleaner removed part of the false ceiling inside the men’s toilet and made his way from there to the women’s restroom to watch the women stealthily. In his statement to a police officer, the cleaner said that he often used the men’s toilet to take a break from work. “But he later admitted to using the place to peep into the women’s toilet,” the police officer said. The cleaner later confessed to using the toilet to peep into the women’s toilet. — mary@khaleejtimes.ae
