‘Managers on Air’ initiative begins today
DUBAI — 'Managers on Air', a new Dubai Municipality initiative to facilitate interaction between senior officials of the civic body with the general public over telephone, will get under way on Tuesday from 10 am till 12 noon.
The initiative facilitates anyone with a query or complaint on the civic services to talk directly with senior officials on specific days.
Today, members of the public can dial toll free 800 4 999 and talk to Ahmed AbdulKarim, Director of Public Parks and Horticulture Department.
On Wednesday, Khalid Mohammed Sharif, Director of Food Control Department, and senior officials from the department will attend to the calls. Members of the public and the trading community can talk to them on the same number at the same time.
