An expat woman was rescued from the mountains of Oman after sustaining an injury while hiking.
According to the Times of Oman, the Sultanate's Public Authority for Civil Defense and Ambulance rescued the expat woman while she was hiking on the Al Amerat mountain in Muscat.
A statement issued by PACDA said: "The team in cooperation with the police, responded to a communication in a mountain in the wilayat of Al Amerat in Muscat governorate, after a foreign woman was injured while she was walking. She was provided emergency medical care and transferred to the hospital in a moderate health condition."
