The UAE has announced Eid Al Adha holidays for the private sector.
According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the private sector will enjoy a three-day break starting from Thursday, August 31, to Saturday, September 2, 2017.
Work will resume on Sunday, September 3.
The announcement comes a day after the UAE government announced Eid Al Adha holidays for the public sector.
The Federal Authority for Human Resources on Wednesday announced that Eid Al Adha holiday in the ministries and federal bodies of the UAE government is scheduled to start from next Thursday, August 31, 2017, with the resumption of official work on Monday, September 4.
Saudi Arabia had last week announced a 16-day holiday for Eid Al Adha, while Pakistan has announced a four-day break.
