Bin Dalmouk wins silver medal in Asian Games
GUANGZHOU - UAE shooter Juma Bin Dalmouk Al-Maktoum won the silver medal shooting in double trap shooting at the 16th Asian Games being held in Guangzhou city, China.
Al-Maktoum hit 182 targets to finish second behind the Indian gold medalist Ronjan Sodhi who hit 186 targets.
The silver is UAE’s first medal from the current Guangzhou Games.
The bronze medal went to Hamad Ali Al-Marri (136+45) of Qatar in a shoot-off after three shooters were tied for a third place.
