ADFCA closes down foodstore

AL AIN — The Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) recently closed down a foodstuff shop in Al Ain city for not complying with health and safety rules and destroyed over 97,658 kg of food items and meat which were found unfit for human consumption.

The action came as part of the ADFCA’s inspection campaigns to ensure that food companies and butcheries were complying with safety and hygiene regulations.
