Dubai and certain areas in the other Emirates woke up to an overcast sky on Monday. Morning walkers got the best of the early morning breeze. The met department, NCMS, has forecasted partly cloudy weather for the next 48 hours.
Partly cloudy weather in general, with an increase in clouds over some areas has been forecasted, especially in the northern areas and islands. NCMS has said the temperatures will drop over the next two days. A day-time high of 22 degrees C and a low of 18 degrees C is expected along with strong northwesterly winds of 32 kmph over the sea and open areas. This will cause sand and dust to blow. Fujairah will be most affected.
Beach visitors and swimmers are advised to be cautious as the sea is expected to be rough in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea. Wednesday will be only partly cloudy and Thursday will be sunny again.
